The following terms and conditions apply to all orders
Shipping is available for priority and *ground orders (*ground orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box address) All shipping estimates are provided by United Postal Services and UPS.
For handcrafted products, please allow 2 weeks to process. For paper products allow shipping within 7 days. Once order has been filled, shipping will immediately follow. Priority shipping is available, please email for details.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items only. Items that are personalized will be considered dependent on individual orders.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Policy for items that are damaged or defective at of no fault of your own upon arrival, will be exchanged for the same order at no charge for return shipping. Please contact us for details.
To the maximum extend of the law, First World as a company, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages in regards to your access of our services. Including without limitation of any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other third party users.
If a dispute arises between you as a customer and First World, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution by emailing email@example.com. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute including but limited to resolutions outlined in the Returns and Exchanges section, or through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as an alternative to litigation.
